FatThumb runs on credits. A credit is spent the moment a generation starts, because that is the moment we are charged by the third-party AI provider that produces your thumbnail. That single fact decides everything below: consumed credits cannot be refunded; anything you have not consumed generally can be.
Credits you have already spent are non-refundable. They represent real, non-recoverable costs already paid to our AI providers on your behalf, whether or not you liked the result. AI output is probabilistic — a generation that did not come out the way you hoped is still a generation we paid for.
Except where the law gives you more, and at our discretion:
You can cancel yourself at any time from your billing settings — no email required, consistent with applicable "click-to-cancel" rules. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep your plan and any remaining credits until then, and you are not charged again.
Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period. If you believe a refund is also due, ask us using the steps below.
Email contact@fatthumb.klaas.pro from the address on your account, telling us roughly when the charge happened and what went wrong. We review eligible requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live. Where such a law requires a refund, that law wins over anything written here.
If you think a charge is wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank — a refund is almost always faster than a chargeback. We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback until it is settled.
