Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of FatThumb and applies to all accounts, organizations, and generated content. By using FatThumb you agree to this AUP. Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use FatThumb. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Illegal Content

Generating, uploading, or distributing content that violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to copyright, defamation, or illegal trade secrets.

2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content — generated or uploaded — that sexually exploits minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities (NCMEC and law enforcement). Zero exceptions.

3. Non-Consensual or Celebrity Likeness

Generating images that realistically depict a real, identifiable person in a sexual, defamatory, or otherwise harmful context without that person's consent. This includes:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (sometimes called "deepfakes")
  • Realistic likeness of named public figures in misleading or harmful scenarios
  • Content designed to damage an individual's reputation without factual basis

The face-consistency ("Person profile") feature is designed for your own face or faces of people who have consented to their likeness being used.

4. Harassment and Targeted Abuse

Generating content intended to harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate an identifiable individual.

5. Deceptive Deepfakes and Disinformation

Creating synthetic media designed to deceive a reasonable viewer into believing fabricated events occurred — for example, generating a thumbnail that falsely implies a public figure said or did something they did not.

6. Safety Filter Bypass

Attempting to circumvent FatThumb's content moderation systems or the safety filters of underlying AI providers through prompt injection, jailbreak instructions, or any other technique. The anonymize/pixelate feature is intended for legitimate editorial purposes (e.g. protecting privacy of bystanders) and must not be used to defeat guardrails or enable non-consensual likeness generation.

7. Illegal Discrimination

Generating content that promotes discrimination against protected classes based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics.

8. Malware and Phishing

Using the platform to distribute malicious code, phishing materials, or any content designed to harm users.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter a thumbnail or generated image that you believe violates this AUP:

  • Use the Report button on any thumbnail in the editor.
  • Email contact@fatthumb.klaas.pro with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot.

We review all reports and take action within 72 hours for severe violations.

Enforcement

FatThumb reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates this AUP without prior notice.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
  • Report CSAM and other illegal content to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

We apply a graduated response: minor violations may result in a warning and content removal; severe violations (CSAM, targeted harassment, repeated circumvention) result in immediate permanent termination and possible law enforcement referral.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of FatThumb after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
