Near-zero marginal cost for power users, a full browsable gallery, and the ability to go back to any past version.

Bring your own API key (Lifetime plan)

Connect your own OpenAI and Gemini keys and generate at cost — typically a few cents per thumbnail. No monthly cap, no credit counter. The Lifetime plan at $199 (one-time) covers everything else; your keys handle the model calls. Ideal for creators publishing at volume who want to own the whole stack.

  • Keys are encrypted at rest and never logged.
  • If a key runs out mid-generation, FatThumb fails closed with a clear error — it never silently charges your managed balance instead.
  • Paste a YouTube URL to extract any public thumbnail and pull it into the generation as a style reference.
  • Community gallery — browse a curated library of high-performing thumbnail inspirations, organized by category (Tutorial, Reaction, Talking Head, Faceless, Shorts, and more). One click to reference it.
  • Upload your own screenshots directly when you have an offline reference.

Version history

Every generation is saved automatically. Open the Version panel on any thumbnail to see every past render for that creative — star the one you want to keep, or fork any version as the base for a new run. Nothing is ever lost.

Billing dashboard

Track your credit balance, monthly usage by day (bar chart), and the full transaction ledger — all in one place under Settings → Billing. Includes cycle consumption bar, per-operation cost breakdown, and a History tab for the last 5 credit events.
